620dude Posted April 26, 2016 Report Share Posted April 26, 2016 it looks like my 620 is going to need a new steering rack. the old one is just about blown out and given the fact that the brakes and front suspension have been changed to Brembo and spring coils (rather than tortion bars) an updated, less complicated steering rack seems to be the next step. My friend told me a Mustang II steering rack would fit in perfectly. Does anyone have any conformation on that, or any better ideas? I'm not looking to rebuild the existing rack, the money that it would take to fix what's wrong with it is more than the money it would take to replace the whole rack with something newer. Thoughts??
