Removing powder coat?

Probably way easier to get it locally at an auto paint supply, but the Amazon link was the easiest way to get all the info on it in the post.

 

Once applied the stripper will be left on until it causes the coating to lift, then it get scraped off, and when done rinse thoroughly to get all the stripper off before refinishing.  May take more than one application.

 

Only other way I've had it done is full sand blasting.

So why does the back of the can say "do not use on aircraft" ?
