EastBay521
I got a drill bit that was a tad bigger than the holes on the head and drilled them out and got plugs the same size as the bit. Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
people use a 1/4 inch pipe plug. The 1/4 inch is really the allen wrench size. the plug is bigger so go to a good hardware store and ask for a pipe plug . it will be tapered so as it goes in it will get tighter. The key is ask the guy at the store who knows hes shit. He will give a drill and a tap drill. Get the short drill as you dont want to hit inside the head as youll head to go kinda deep to get the plug in to fit flush. Meaning plug is too tight then reuse the Tap so the plug can go in further. as the tap for that plug is tapered also. Hope you got all of that. The hole size drill might not even be needed as the stock water port size is almost correct(for the water port heads) you can alwasy take it to a machineshop for them to add this Quote Link to comment
Doctor510
Why would you even worry about it? Just be sure to put RTV on both sides of the I/E manifold gasket water ports and call it a day. 1 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Don't do anything! The water can't get out if the other intake has no holes in it. 2 Quote Link to comment
kelowg
As mike said. Dont even need rtv. But if u plug them, better be completely flush with flange. 2 Quote Link to comment
