My driveshaft support bushing is completely shot. Do I just order a new whole part from Rockauto, remove the driveshaft, remove the part and reinstall into the bracket? Is it really that simple? Any tricks or tips I should know?

To give you an idea of what it looks like with a new carrier bearing installed, before installation in the truck.  This one is for a D21 but they are pretty much identical.

The yoke in front of it has a retaining nut that has to be removed, then it can slide off.  They usually have to be pressed on and off, so a hydraulic press is usually needed.

For reference, this is what it looked like before.
