Coda
Took my heater box apart to clean and inspect. Core looks pretty good(from the outside  ) My question is about the blower resistor. Upon extraction, it came apart in three pieces. Anyone have a pic of an intact resistor? I'd like to put it back together, but have no clue how the clip is supposed to fasten to the heated wire, Thanks! Quote Link to comment

datsunfreak
Not the question you asked, but... Upgrading to a better fan and resistor would be the smart move, in my opinion... B) 1 Quote Link to comment

FYI computer fans are 12V DC, compact, and move lots of air. Just saying... B) Seen a few 510 guys use one of those. Hit up someone like Fry's and see what they have? They might also have a variable speed controller that could work instead of an old school resistor and fan switch? 1 Quote Link to comment
