Toyota and late Nissans have this "type" fastener but with a twist.  They have center "posts" that poke above the flange when installed.  You press them flat to secure them.  When you must remove them [as you certainly will] you depress the center post and the fastener releases and is reusable.  Cheap and reusable!  I have seen Black and Dark Brown, so there must be other colors available.

They hold the panels in places that are behind the seats

 

 

So far the napa I stopped at and an Autozone havnt had anything in the same style, may be mcguyvering a solution from newer style fasteners like Mike said but I'll always take a part # ;)

Well I finally made it to the point where I needed a clip solution

 

So I decided that the hard way should be the route I try first.....
