Cheetahking
If its stock - there are no bushings - it just bolts onto the back of the support (at least every one of the 5 cars I've had have been this way). Bolt size I don't remember off the top of my head, but lots of stuff will work. Someone here will remember the exact size bolt….. Quote Link to comment
Ratwagon1600
M 8*1.25 Overall length of bolt (including bolt head) approx 22mm. The nut had a captive washer on the genyoowine ones on cars down here. RW reccomends a flat washer and spring washer. Oh, and Pics???, seriously??? Helpful RW tech hint, bolt the radiator on the inside of the engine bay :) 3 Quote Link to comment

Never seen rubber mounts, bushes, spacers etc on any OEM radiators on the 510's down here. Always been just the four nuts and bolts with the radiator mounting tabs sitting flush against the radiator support panel. Cant imagine why someone would put spacers in unless they wanted the radiator closer to the fan, or didnt want their shiny radiator support panel paint scratched? 1 Quote Link to comment

kelowg
Same rad as a 521. in my case, top tank would hit top of core support. So i did space it bk with couple washers. Quote Link to comment

banzai510(hainz)
The bushings or spacers or even maybe washers as the newer clones radiators, The Radiator brakets are flush with the core. meaning they will ride on the lip that sticks around the opening. The Stock orginnals brackets had the core resest back a little. Youll figure it out. Look at old and the new rad and youll see the difference. 1 Quote Link to comment

banzai510(hainz)
Yeah Im just writting fast as I can, the new radiator cores are not setback as the orginals when they weld the brackets on there.Thats why they add the bushings or spacers of some sort Quote Link to comment
edekalil
The radiator bolts to the support with 4 bolts and nuts and washers, the shroud then attachés with 4 small bolts and nuts and washers. Here are two pics from opposite angles. Quote Link to comment
