Saved a 521 from being a 'work truck' what's next?

ignore the haters and do what you feel is best for YOU. It's not their money that their investing into the 521. By responding to the haters is just feeding them more info. Most of them are still working on a 5 year old project, if not longer.

and since your a young man and new to the form. You will need to get thick skinned. GL with what ever direction you go. You can't and won't be able to satisfy everyone in life.

I agree with this statement totally and will ad my 2 cents.

 

I have been on my 520 project for 7 years and I love it!  I like doing a mod and then changing my mind and doing something different.  Only thing I can say is I own it.  I do not owe 1 dime on my 520 and I keep the registration current.  This way if I get it to the point I want to drive it all I have to do is get on line add the truck to my insurance and then go to the AZ MVD website and type in the insurance information go out to the garage and back the 520 out of the garage and enjoy driving it.  The only reason I have a build thread here and on other forums is to let people critique and supply ideas, also to help other people looking for information on a specific mod.

 

There will always be haters but that is ok.  You do not have to respond to the haters.
