Just an observation for people who are considering a CA18DE swap....
Only about 2.5" from front of engine to radiator (depending what rad you use).
Also, center link smacks the block / bell housing area.
Odds you have the engine too far forward? Using a 510 crossmember, or just modified your mounts? 510 crossmember would make it much easier...
Exhaust manifold hits steering box.
I don't under stand how a KA or anything turbo fits in a LHD car.
NA, need a header for most engines. Turbo, you need a top mount manifold that relocated the turbo up.
Easy fix (but not cheap) would be Icehouse's rack and pinion conversion.
It's your car, just don't ruin it.
It's also not my money, so i'll suggest the most expensive option.
