you must have 280zx struts up front

who makes the wheels and they got other offsets. I want that CCW clone look but cant find the offset I need. I got stock front struts(4dr)

The REAR its hard to believe 9in and zero offset!!!!!!! I see it but still hard to believe. look like it will still hit the tire under HARD accell.

PS Car is badass!!!!!!

Def running zx struts that's not possible with stock

Looks good man, now my question is how much lower can you go before it rubs?

Well there is some camber to tilt the tire and rim in at the top at the back and yes the body IS going to hit the tire first. That rim is definitely outside the fender. Unless 400 pound springs on front and 1300 on back it will chew the rubber on turns and bumps.

Looks good sitting still.

the front has negative camber. but still a solid inch between the fender and tire. my front fenders are not rolled but will be trimmed so my tires dont catch the lip on steep inclines.

as for going lower, i doubt it. not because of fitment issues but my downpipe is 2.5 inches off the ground and in the rear i need as much grip on the rear tires as possible. so cant go much lower (negative camber)

tire and rim clear the body fine in the rear. custom bump stops to help so it does not bottom out. springs are stiff but nothing crazy. i had 3 buddys sitting in the trunk and the tires didnt rub so fingers crossed.

took me a while to find reps that would work but they are XXR 531s

on stock front struts 16x7 with +20 is max i beleive

rear with rolled fenders 16x9, my specs are maxed out though. i have less then 4mm clearance on the control arm and like 2mm clearance on my inner fender lip with a roll.

I just don't get the logic of this setup. You're obviously running 9in rims just to say you're running 9in rims. 225s, while barely in the approved size range, really belong on 8in rims. You get literally no advantage by running wide rims with narrow tires. Maybe this a sign of me getting old. The car looks great if I make myself ignore the ricockulous stretchy herra frush vibe.

Looks good.

I haven't been able to bring myself to stretch a tire, on any of my vehicles. I usually run on the wide end, in terms of tire, on my peticular wheel. I had 225's on 7" wheels, on my 240Z, and I have 195's on 6.5" wheels on my MINI.

I do appreciate the look, though. I just can't wrap my head around tire wear issues, in hard cornering, when the shoulder of the tire is being stretched. I daily drive windy mountain roads, and have so for the last 20 years. I guess if I drove on straight flat roads, I would try it out.

Keep up the good work. Your car looks fantastic.

I think it looks good!  Just my .02c but I think it would look even better about 1" lower in the back.  Should be tucking 16's...

but how much more badass it would be with 13x8 & 13x9
