Now that Futofab is not selling them until they get a better source, who makes the next best one.  I was always told that Futofab's were the best.

I have found:

Ermish has one.

The one I have came with a parts car, and a full fiberglass front end. It fits on the fiberglass lower valance well, but not to my metal car. Its so bad I don't want to even bother with it. It will stay for the fiberglass car.

Any experience with any of the above company's? Feel free to list new ones.

Does anyone know who Futofab was using, so I can avoid them? Do any of the above company's also use "them".

I want to stay fiberglass or carbon, as I know I will destroy a real metal one.

Fitment > cost

If you can comment with a picture of your fitment, that would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I would think BRE2 would be a good source. That is Pete Brock's company. He designed the original. I doubt he would sell anything but a great product.

FACT! You cant go wrong with the BRE products. they are top notch.

here as stated above

pete is in the shop almost every day

if you call to order you might even speak with him

Pete is a very nice and humble guy. he was very helpful to me when i was calling inquiring about his 240z pedal sets that are now discontinued :bye: . i was also talking to him about their 240z spook too. he assured me that fitment was perfect and that they only use quality products to make their parts. when i actually got a hold of the parts it was visibly clear that bre has premium parts for our dattos

Thanks for all the responses.

BRE it is.  Order placed!

I feel the spook is a signature look, and what (of many) made me love these cars.

The car is super nice.  That's kinda the reason Im not super slamming it.

The wheel fitment and spook height will be the determining factors.

My vw and audi are my super low cars :)

Been a while since I posted as I've been occupied pretty deep in the hot rod and racecar scene building one-off parts and trying to pay the mortgage...but anyone who knows me will attest to the fact that I love Datsuns....& care a whole lot about making quality parts. Starting off with making a simple "air dam / chin spoiler /spook " hand made right here in the USA, in 19ga. Steel or 16 ga. Aluminum. You can find them under " kooglewerks products" on my website www.kooglewerks.com

Aluminum does the Same...but it can be bent back into shape without being shattered into splintery bits!

(I build a lot of stuff out of fiberglass too...just think it's nice to have an option that doesn't look like the same 'ol BRE spook)

I remember you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like Fiberglass as it gives(breaks) before bending the lower valance
