Rancor89
I decided to rebuild the l20s engine in my 81 510 wagon. I've got the majority of everything put back together with the exception on the intake side. So my question is what goes where on the intake manifold? I know where the egr, pcv, and, of course, the carb goes. Any help and/ or pictures would be helpful. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
you marked this before you took it apart and took pictures. 81s still had L20s??????????? I thought they had a Z20 or z22 motr in there. a Manual would help from Amazon Quote Link to comment
Rancor89
Sadly I did not make marks or take pictures. And it is the z20. L20s came to mind instead when I was making this post. So that's my apologies. Was trying to keep from buying a manual. But I might breakdown and buy one soon. Quote Link to comment
420n620
wiki says: The Datsun 510 was sold in Canada until 1981, it had rectangular front lights since previous models had round ones and in 1982, they changed it to (Nissan) Stanza. The 1981 model had a 2.0L (L20B) making 96 HP. It was sold in the United States through 1981. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datsun_510 Quote Link to comment
Rancor89
Which ever one it is, the intake is on the passenger side. Quote Link to comment
LenRobertson
If you want to take the time to dig through these pages you may find a link to a manual that will help you: http://datsun510.com./manuals/index.html http://manualmotor.blogspot.com/2015/06/datsun-manual-download.html Len Quote Link to comment
