datzenmike Posted September 11, 2015 Report Share Posted September 11, 2015 IIRC there are no goons built in '73..... they were all built in the first half of the '73 model year and none after December '72. This could be the cut off for the PL510 and the start of the 610 as there were '73 610 with L18s I think. Quote Link to comment

I noticed on my old seats the pattern changed from smooth + texture to only texture on the seat. Ill post pics when I can to show what im talking about. Quote Link to comment

And theres a few 73's found with 1/73 and 2/73, and I think even a 3/73(?) Im not quite sure. I have to find the 510realm thread again. 1 Quote Link to comment

As you can see, its all textured in the middle, and smooth on the edges unlike other seats ive seen in the past. Compared to this And my front seat's style is also different than that of others that Ive seen. It doesnt have that metal/plastic design piece thingy in the middle of the seat either.
