B11Austin
Would this be possible? My g35 was totaled and I can either keep it or they take it away and this came to my head its just a thought Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
Possible you might be able to use the calipers. Custom brackets and lots of trial and error finding a rotor. Then how huge will your wheels need to be to fit them? Then to find the balance between wheel fitment over the brakes and on the car. Brake bias will never be right. You'd proportion so much bias off the front your Brembo's will be useless, and a waste. How much headache you willing to put up with? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Here's another. If 747 disc brakes fit a 510 will it really stop any faster? Tire traction against the pavement is the limiting factor and once this limit is reached anything else is a waste. The 510 is also very light and responds well to a brake increase, even a modest increase. If you have large grippy tires and feel that they can handle more stopping power then give them a try... subject to the above post's cautionary message. Quote Link to comment

jrock4224
wut they said ,,,,, swap it ... give it a reason to need the brakes Quote Link to comment
q-tip
510 doesn't have enough mass for brakes that big unless you're going to be on the track. Read the dime quarterly article about 11" brakes and wilwood calipers. What they said, vq that dime, and the zx brakes will still be enough. 1 Quote Link to comment
