Absolute must, is to be water tight in the PNW. Come winter the inside fogs when the car cools down from the trapped dampness warmed by the heater. Even water tight it is a problem. What I do is every time I get out I leave the door open for 30 seconds to let the warmed moist air out and cool the interior down. If you wipe the windows clear be sure to remove the paper towels and get rid of the moisture. You can also get bags of deliquescent salts that absorb moisture. Just slip under the front seats and to 'renew' them, take in the house and warm them in the oven to dry them out.
