B210/310 confusion

When I am looking for parts online, I usually get the drop down menu with year, make, model. I start with 1979, then choose Nissan (Sometimes Datsun) , then typically 210 and 1.5l engine (I have 1979 210 wagon). However, there is also a choice for 310 often...I know the B210 is not a 210. But I think the US 210 are technically B310, correct? To confuse matters my wagon has an emblem that shows B210. I'm just wondering if I should be choosing 310 instead of 210 when looking for parts.
