Clutch went, can't shift into any gear

Hi guys, I'm new to ratsun and I have a question about a clutch issue.

First off, I bought my '72 Datsun 510 from a mechanic in Portland at the beginning of the year and I have absolutely loved it. It has a 2.4 litre NAPSZ block, I believe, and a U67 head. He also put a 280zx tranny on it, Centerforce clutch, and a Subaru lsd. Chopped the springs to lower it slightly, and hooked up a NOS wet system. I haven't used the NOS yet because I'm waiting to get an AFR gauge to make sure I don't blow anything up. All the work done seems to be very professional and very clean, and I drove it from Portland to Provo, Utah without any issues after buying it. Since then the only issue I've had is the front left brake caliper locking up, but that was an easy fix--280zx calipers, btw.

As for the clutch: I hadn't had any issues with it at all until I drove it away from my house yesterday, and it would grind trying to get it into reverse. Eventually it went in, and I drove it in traffic on the freeway, shifting between all gears constantly without any issues, until I got to JDM Legends an hour away. When I got in my car to leave, the reverse was grinding again, but worse this time, but I also couldn't get into any gear at all with the engine running. The clutch pedal hasn't shown any noticable loosening or more play, it's still providing the same amount of resistence, I believe.

Anyway, I'm heading up there today to take a look at it, but wanted to get any imput from you guys that I could. Thanks in advance.

With luck you just have air in it that needs to be bled out.

1/  First check the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder reservoir just to the right of the brake master as viewed from the front of the car. If very low, air has probably been sucked in. Air will compress and use up pedal play without doing any work moving the clutch. If full go to 2/

2/  Have someone work the clutch pedal inside the car while you look behind the starter on the transmission where the clutch slave is. If working properly the slave should be moving about 1.18".  Does it move about one inch?

YES it moves.... The problem in internal and could be a damaged or de-laminating clutch disc that is rubbing the flywheel, pressure plate or both. Warped pressure plate or flywheel surface. One of the torsion springs has fallen out of the disc and has jammed the pressure plate. Damaged, bent or severely worn pressure plate diaphragm fingers, damaged release bearing.

NO or reduced movement... there is no or reduced hydraulic fluid movement in the system. This can be from air trapped in the hydraulic system OR a failure in the master cylinder itself.
