Rhino13
Weber 32/36 DGEV are the most common carb swap for Datsun's. Look in the classifieds section of this site also, there is almost always L motor parts, and if not make a wanted ad for a stock carb and you'll absolutely get responses. 3 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Is yours missing? If not rebuild it. In California??? Only a 1980 California emissions carb for a 720 will do. The '79 620 would be close as long as you still have all the hoses and emissions pieces to connect to it. 2 Quote Link to comment
arizonajones
You can get the rebuild kit under ten bucks from Rock Auto (if you have the carb). Hitachi DCH 340. Get a vacuum pump and test the diaphragms while your working on it, too. I've rebuilt mine twice. Not a big deal if you take your time. 1 Quote Link to comment
BLUEBIRDSSS
Thank you guys for the information. I thought of a weber but you know that it won't pass emissions. I will try a 620 carb for now. If you guys happen to know anyone that has one for sale please let me know thanks 1 Quote Link to comment

Charlie69
AZ they have different priced rebuilds with different warranties, but they are reasonable. I personally have not used them but another member, not sure which one posted them in there thread. I have always changed out stock carbs to Webers. I have to go through emissions in Phoenix with my 86 720 King Cab and and have passed twice now. I have to test every 2 years. 1 Quote Link to comment
