Confirmed: Nissan 300ZX Z32 Manual Seats

I've seen only a couple of post with these seats installed, so I found myself a pair of decent Z32 300ZX manual seats, they need to be the manual ones, easier to install. Anyways, barely anything you need to do to get these installed. all I needed was a bunch of washers for spacers in front and longer bolts and they fit perfectly fully adjustable manual seats. I wouldn't consider anything else. I will post pictures once I get both seats installed.

 

Also, I found that you need a washer, because the holes in the 300ZX seats are bigger than the bolts that hold in the original seats.

I'm guessing they're going in the 720? I have Z32's in my 510. On Z32 rails, brackets are bent angle iron bolted to the floor. Driver seat is a power seat but I kind of wish it wasn't. I don't even have it hooked up; I set it and forget it.

Yeah I installed a set of z32s in my 720 a few years back. My driver was an electric seat, so I cut out all the motors, welded up a few things and installed it using the trucks original bracket. Can't adjust the seat back though. But they are great seats. I love them.

Same here. I picked up a decent pair and installed them. Passenger is a manual and driver was an electric but a friend of mine gave me a manual rail so I stripped the electrical out and swapped the rails. Took some cutting but thats minor.

 

Still have yet to put them back in. But when they were in they were super comfortable.

My 1996 Zed manual drivers seat has collapsed at the back so it has a pronounced slope. The 2 large black adjuster knobs at the right of the seat have stuck and can't be moved. I have soaked behind them in oil but to no avail. How do I free them?
