510 turn signals not working

Turn signals are not working at all, no click or lights. Yes the 4 way flasher is entirely working, i have both flasher and hazard cans, connectors have been cleaned and the fuse box has been cleaned. Is there a ground wire that is supposed to be wired to the turn signal switch on the steering column?

Turn the turn signals on with the key on, then turn the 4 way flasher switch  on, off, on, off several times. This will clean the contacts and when in the 'off' position if the turn signal starts working , you will know it. The 4 way switch has to disconnect the turn switch and connect all the lamps to the 4 way flasher. When shutting it off, the turn signals have to be re-connected. This switch does not get much use and may have poor connection.

 

Do your OIL and IGN lights work when you turn the key to ON? If not the fuse may be blown
