LavaMan Posted June 9, 2015 Report Share Posted June 9, 2015 My Dad owned a Red '67 R411 with the 1600 CC dual carb motor when I was a kid. It was a part of my experience as a youth in Goleta, Ca. Dad would take all of us kids (5) - or however many wanted to go on numerous trips up old San Marcus road, West Camino Cielo and other roads above Santa Barbara and just have fun - so many great memories. Corners were called "Datsun Corners".... I am looking to buy and possibly restore a '67 R411. My son is 12 and my brother is an auto mechanic by trade so this would be an awesome experience. Look for his contact info a few pages back from the end of the Canby truck thread. His business card is also in the credit page albert posts on almost all the pages of the Canby truck thread.
