j_boy_619
If someone could provide me a link that would be great. I'm having no luck http://imgur.com/towV0cr http://imgur.com/U1HvHEQ Quote Link to comment
Doctor510
Make one! It's for the EGR, eBay etc. Quote Link to comment
j_boy_619
I was thinking about it. But if I can get one ready made, that would be nice. Well I need the one that's for that gap. Not the plate Quote Link to comment

ericsb210
If you are not running the EGR, why are you retaining the unit? Take it off have a plate cut to match, make a gasket out of header gasket material. Looks much cleaner and dispurses the ex manifold heat. 2 Quote Link to comment
kelowg
just need holes in gasket for bolt holes. Other holes no longer function. No need for hg material, intake dont get that hot. Quote Link to comment
j_boy_619
Hmmm I like this idea. I need to look into this now Quote Link to comment
ericsb210
I have cooked inferior gasket material over time. Header gasket material is one and done. Note; NOT Head Gasket material, use HEADER gasket material. Quote Link to comment
dat521gatherer
I just recently replaced a wooden block off plate with something way better. See thread. Page 3 you can just barely see my a15 with my wooden block off plate. Page 5 shows my new plate. Use a old gasket or the egr housing for a template.http://community.ratsun.net/topic/59763-my-1980-datsun-b310-210/page-5 1 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Every Datsun owner should have a dollar store hole punch. It makes holes and interior holes that can't be done with scissors easily. Just buy some gasket material. Almost anything will do here as it doesn't get that hot so far from the exhaust flow. If for an operating EGR then, yes something like for a header. 2 Quote Link to comment
dat521gatherer
Actually a leather punch is way better but produces small holes. But you can do thick material with it like mr. gasket. Quote Link to comment

KELMO
I have used that process to make shims for my steering box out of Mountain Dew cans......yes, the hole punch worked on that too. Quote Link to comment
