Yup. Been on the Aquaponics kick for a few years now. It really is incredible. I've done soil, hydroponics, compinations of gyro/soil, and all of it worked great. Still nothing has matched to vigor of aquaponics. Still don't eat the fish though... Some day

That’s awesome. I’m getting ready to build a backyard pond for catfish and possibly trout, in my climate at 4,000ft, my options are limited. I get multiple feet of snow dumped at once every winter so tilapia, bass, perch, etc are not in the cards for me. My buddy just built a massive greenhouse to start a large aquaponic setup, he’s going to help me get rolling at some point.

The fish should live in your greenhouse too. Keep them happy and pooping

10-12 fish can fertilize a shit ton of vegetable beds. Having too many fish is a problem because the plants filter their water. If you fail to plant enough veggies, the fish will not have clean water. This will throw the cycle out of whack. My advise is to start with a tank in the greenhouse. IBC totes are awesome and simple. I've built a few of these and loved the simplicity. We use Tilapia because Trout wouldn't like the heat here. But I'd fucken love to have trout. That's good eating.

My plan at first is just the fish pond. I’m doing cinder blocks with faux stone fascia, pond armor inside, and a diy filter. We already have multiple pet fish aquariums, I’ve built the filters for most so it’s just a matter of upsizing. If I’m able to upgrade to aquaponics in the future, I’ll be building a sunroom around the pond and building the media racks around the sides so we’ll have usable space in the middle. The water will go from the pond to the racks, then to a drip tower so I can have as many fish as the pond can practically hold without worrying about water quality if I don’t have a large enough garden. My plan and theoretical setup is golden...it’s a money issue at this point. The ibc totes are really more cost effective, but my wife set an aesthetic standard I have to meet so she won’t kill the project.

My heart is where it belongs. I couldn’t even finish that horrible assed promo, that rated a potato on a scale of firetruck to retarded. The reality is 99.99999% of female “comedians” just aren’t funny. They have the same schtick...either mommy or relationship. Angela Johnson was funny in her first special but went paint by numbers after that. Lisa Lampenelli was a wannabe female dice, but at least funny on the roasts. Kathleen Madigan had a funny bit or two that I don’t even remember. Thats about it for females comedians that actually make me laugh. I wish there were more, but if there are I haven’t heard of them.

Sounds like a good plan.

Yup.

Amy Schumer - slightly fat untalented bitch.

Megan McCarthy - very fat untalented bitch.

We here in Australia have "Rebel Wilson" whose main "comedy" angle -

Being a fat dumb bitch whilst she as a person is a very fat untalented bitch.

I've been doing a ton of research on this and as soon as I get my own house, I'll be building my own greenhouse farm!

Wow, You guys are heartless mean woman haters. It bums me out to hear you objectify comedians based on there weight. Maybe you just don't understand Rosies heart felt style? It does take a higher EQ (emotional quota) to really get it, but if you open yourself up a little, she's hilarious.

I’m not into sitting in the corner having a cry, nor do I find a bull lesbian’s virtue signaling funny. Labeling people woman haters because of their taste in humor is another crock of virtue signaling that your hero Rosie would love. For the record, I already stated Lisa Lampanelli’s enormous ass kills it on the comedy central roasts. Margaret Cho was actually funnier when she was, in her own words, a big fat pig. As to Rosies “heartfelt” style...that cunt doesn’t have a heart to feel. I literally spent an hour today looking for a funny female, I searched funniest female comedians, watched compilations of “best moments” till I literally couldn’t any longer. Most were labeled try not to laugh, I couldn’t make myself laugh at the shit I saw. I was saved by an old clip of Anjelah Johnson doing older material.

Unfortunately, VTR’s appraisals were spot on. More unfortunately, talentless hacks get a pass for having a pussy. In most of the clips I watched, these broads were getting “laughs” just for introducing themselves, or more frequently, talking about their propensity for rugmunching.
