Bought some tires and some hood struts in the last few weeks as the weather clears and warms. Need to fix/replace my side view mirrors, get rid of the hood prop and use gas struts, put tires on rims myself and take in for balancing, start my oil cooler project, replace my front fender that Jesse was kind enough to give me. Everything weather dependent. When clocks go back an hour I'll have more time after work. Not behind schedule.....

I have nine gallons from 5 months to a year old.

Blackberry, dark cherry, and huckleberry with honey from Colorado ranging from 14% to 19%. 5 gallons still fermenting and two three galion jugs waiting to be filled.

 

The huckleberry is especially tasty.

Natural yeast? Champagne yeast?

Some are the Lalvin 1118, a couple of big batchs of dark cherry mead is Vierka wine yeast from Germany.

This stuff needs time to age, no instant gratification here.

That's what I hear. I brew beer and my wife just started a bee colony. Mead is soon. Plus we grow tons of fruit worthy of infusing. Any guides you recommend?
