flatcat19
There is a video pinned in the 521 section. Read the pinned topic in general discussion aptly titled "Read This First." Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Also try typing 'lowering the 620' or 're-indexing torsion bars' into the search function and start going through the tons of information on this well covered topic. Quote Link to comment
Jester
Re index your torsion bars. Here you go. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Ratsun Search is useless - 're-indexing torsion bars' finds this topic but none of the others Google search works however Quote Link to comment
kelowg
Google it but put " /ratsun" at the end. Just loosen torsion bolts at back end of bars. Reindex if going more than couple inches. Also cut down or remove bump stops. Quote Link to comment

Hawaiian620
Old thread, but I didn't want to start a new one. I'm able to remove all but the last third of both bolts. I notice two nuts up top, is there a certain way to remove them? I tried tons of pb blaster, bolts and nuts are in good condition and came down easily, then stopped at the same spot on both sides. I want to reindex, but this is preventing me from doing so. Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
Turn the bolts away from each other to remove one at a time. They're jammed together as a lock. Maybe wire wheel the remaining threads to prevent all the threads from getting buggered. Quote Link to comment
Hawaiian620
That's what I was thinking. I'll try that tomorrow. Thanks for the quick response! I'll post up if it doesn't work. Quote Link to comment
