ByStickel
I was working on getting rid of some small rust spots in my new-to-me '78's front fenders and rockers, when I looked underneath and noticed the rust at the forward cab mounts. They packed with dirt and held moisture. A small part of the floor surrounding the bolt and a fair amount of the structure beneath are wrecked. Aside from reconstructing everything from sheet or stealing some from another cab, does anybody have labor-saving solutions for their repair/replacement? Something that can be adapted? I'd post pics but I never have a camera with me. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
HOGIE
You could get a donor truck or steal a floor from a junk yard. You said you don't want to do a bunch of sheet metal work but if you really want to do it right try this http://community.ratsun.net/topic/30606-my-ratsun-datsun-521/page-14 Half way down the page Quote Link to comment
