Sorry for the long delay. Put the old turn signal switch back on and it still didnt work. I think that im not getting any power to the turn signals. Also i bought a new harness and just put it in, so i might of hooked up the wrong wires? If it helps my hazards work fine too.

If working you will hear the flasher unit clicking.

You swapped the 4 way with the turn flasher unit? This would tell if the turn flasher unit was bad.

Well time to get a $5 test lamp. This will tell you where the invisible electricity is hiding.

When the key is turned on power flows to half the fuse box. Through the signal fuse to the flasher unit and then to the turn signal. When the turn signal switch selects a turn, the power now flows to the proper signal lamps and to ground. When current flows, the flasher unit heats up and the contact opens and lights go off, it cools and re-connects, current flows and lights go on... this repeats until the turn signal is turned off.

If you have no power to the flasher unit the fuse is likely blown or making poor contact.

On a 521, the fused turn signal power goes through the four way flasher when the four way flasher switch is off.  I would think a 240 Z does the same thing.

You should have power on one terminal of the turn signal flasher with the key ON.   Use a test light to check.

Good point Daniel and why I suggested moving the 4 way switch around. The 720 switch will travel too far on the off position and actually disconnect the turn signals. You have to move the switch slightly towards the ON position to get them back.

You might try switching the 4 way lamp switch on and off several times to clean the contacts.

You're grasping at straws. Save the time, the money and the trouble and swap the 4 way and the turn signal flasher units. If nothing changes then it's NOT the flasher unit.
