graveltrapp
I burn a nag champa incense monthly I leave it overnight this lasts a few weeks and i love the smell. It covers up most funky odors pretty well. Quote Link to comment
tr8er
If you run your crank case vent to a hole in the firewall, you will never smell your seat again. And you will put less miles on the car. I'd try vinegar, then I'd replace the seat Quote Link to comment
regularJJ
Never had junkyard seats but Ive gone through 3 leaky 720's that sat many times. Eventually mold, bacteria, or whatever it is penetrates through everything and surface cleaning it will never get it out. Ive actually had pretty good luck on some stuff using that 'Febreeze auto' or lysol and letting it soak in. If that or bleach doesnt do it you should probably just toss it .. I suppose vinegar might work as the acidity would kill bacteria.. seems like bleach would do a better job though. Never heard of the charcoal thing I might try that. Ive tried everything to cover it up. The smell always comes back. Always. Quote Link to comment
