Eriks
Hi, what is the original brake master on a 620? Is it the same as on a 510 or 610? Quote Link to comment
DanielC
Most 620 trucks had drum brakes ion all four wheels. The cars had front disk brakes. Because of that, I would think the master cylinders are not the same. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Both were 3/4 inch but, '78 and '79 European 620s used a 13/16 inch for the front disc brakes that were added. The 620 used a vacuum brake booster on all years to lower the effort needed to work them. Any 620 master should work. Even better if you can include the booster. The 620 master has bleeder screws facing the strut tower so this may be a tight fit. The 510 bleeders are on the engine side. Quote Link to comment
Eriks
Thanks, im asking because Im rebuilding a 3/4 Nabco master for a 610. When looking at rebuild kits for 620 some of them looks very much like the parts from the master I have, while others looks very much different. Quote Link to comment
