Well.. your going to need a new steering gear, pedals, complete dash, likely steering links, a welder, you'll need some new brakes lines. I'm probably forgetting a few things.

Steering box, idler arm, steering center link, steering column with interior covers, ignition switch, pedal box, dash frame, dash, (don't know if existing wiring harness can be used with some wiring extensions or not). Cut new holes for the master cylinders and steering column, welder to transfer necessary hardware welded on the firewall and to patch old holes, possibly more I can't think of.

One of my best friends was a lesbian for quite a while, I converted her back from the Dark side. You know what they say,

Once you've had Rick. You'll always prefer a dick

If it's anything like Australian rules, either convert or bear a visible marker denoting LHD, depends on the age of the vehicle.  Newer cars - convert.  Collectable cars - place the required warning device and take your chances that someone surprised at a vehicle with a front seat passenger and no driver will be so surprised that he/she will wind up in your trunk.

LHDs can't be illegal given the chunnel and all the mainland European visitors.  Now for a full time resident, I don't know!

Yeah given all the LHD cars coming over on the ferry or tunnel to the UK, I'd be surprised if he couldn't just keep it LHD.

For RHD parts, I think you'll be finding those in Australia. www.ozdat.com should be able to net you those parts, but most steering boxes are flogged these days, so be aware.
