The photo i posted before is the only "sticker under the hood"

The photo you posted is of the aluminum ID plate in the engine bay.

By law all B210s sold in USA had a sticker for emissions. It was on the underside of the hood. It was literally a sticker.

The seat pans are shaped as above to clear the hump in the floorboard and are that way on both sides.  If you get the seat pans and rails, you could get seats from another car the same width/length and swap over the bottom fill to the old seat pans and mount the backs from different seats to it.  On my 78 B210 I did this with Pulsar seats.  It worked out ok, was more comfortable than the B210 seats for sure.  The seats dont work so well now in my 75 B210 as its flat bottomed.  I need different seats myself.

But using the original style pans and rails to clear the hump is the only way you are going to keep the seats lower done unless you get custom made pans for new seating.

The backing on the B210 seats mounted with 1 bolt per side.  The Pulsar seats had a long extension so I was able to mount using the hinge bolts, then drilled extra holes in the 78 seat pans so the seat back was held in place securely.

then I should be able to put in almost any seat I want, correct?

Incorrect..  how tall are you?  I'm 5' 10" and have miata seats in mine, and they are about as low as I can get them and still have them slide.

My baseball cap touches the ceiling every now and then.
