Scgreen620 Posted January 22, 2015 Report Share Posted January 22, 2015 Can any one show me your throttle cable wiring I've seen some that have nuts that hold it together but I don't have that ... I know the question is dumb but I only have tape holding my throttle cable the one that connects to the carb I have a weber carb .. There's also mention of me using a speaker wire for a throttle cable, pulling on it out the window (not safe). But I made it 2 miles to my house. 1 Quote Link to comment

If you're asking about how it secures to the firewall...I believe early ones have the nut you mentioned and the later ones use 2 10mm bolts to the firewall. Like what Charlie69 posted above.
