]2eDeYe
Have you though about manual brakes as an option? 1 Quote Link to comment
KELMO
I think that is a smog pump...looks like an egr valve attached to it...maybe. The pic shows a brake master cylinder in the proper position. If your vehicle is LHD you will need to mount your brake master cylinder either inside the vehicle or remotely in the engine compartment. I have never done this myself but have heard some people do it for racing applications. I would try a search for "interior brake master cylinder mounting". I do not think I have ever seen anyone on this site do it, but I could be wrong. My 2 cents worth 1 Quote Link to comment
thisismatt
That's a remote booster. Looks like one made by PBR out of Australia. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Brand-New-PBR-Australian-Made-Universal-Remote-Power-Brake-Booster-Assembly-/121473134964?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1c485cf174&vxp=mtr 1 Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Stock brakes? The master is 3/4"? The B110 is light. You probably can run without the booster or servo. 1 Quote Link to comment
LUIS COLCHETE
Stock breakes, 11/16 brake master cylinder and 3/4 rear pumps Quote Link to comment
LUIS COLCHETE
Hi! I will see better, but if the twin carbs doesnt fit with original brake master 11/16 tandem cylinder i will to remove it, and im thinking repace it to 3/4 and 5/8 brake master willwood pedals What do you thing about the change of brake master cylinders from one11/16 rear and front whells to 2 brake master cylinders 3/4 one for front and another for 5/8 for rear whells. The power of brakes will be better? Will be dangerous? Please give me some advices. Many thanks Luis Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Going to a larger master will do two things. For the same distance of pedal travel you will move more fluid. This will translate to a harder pedal to push down on. I would stay with the one you have for now. Are the brakes stock? the ones that came on the truck originally? Quote Link to comment
LUIS COLCHETE
HI Im stdudyng all the options to gain some clearance between the brake master cylinder with booster and twin carbs Maybe i will make an extension and put them on car front My question is.All Datsun 1200 have a porportional valve linked with the brake master cylinder. Can i linked a b310 280/300zx (newer and maybe better) to that valve? Otherwise my brake master 11/16 cylinder is not at 100% so i read on Datsun1200com and some people choose a 280/300 ZX brake master cylinder and booster for Datsun 1200 what do you think? Can i trust in their experiences? Advice some brake master and boosters? Once again many tanks.... Luis Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
You have stock brakes without a booster. Why not just leave them as they are??? Problem solved. Quote Link to comment
