red13
Came across a forum for chevy metro, since I own one. Trying to do head gasket and timing belt and such. Well anyways someone posted this link, which also you can select what ever vehicle you need. Select auto repair. http://www.powerlibrary.net/Remote/MainR.asp?ID=PL2494 Password: pl2494xxxxxxxx Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Perhaps repair the link and specify Datsun related information. Or post in the non Datsun cars and projects? Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
No no I misread. I'm trying to keep this Nissan/Datsun related if possible. If non Datsun it should be in the non Datsun forum. Quote Link to comment
red13
It has datsun, but also non it seems to have all makes and models Quote Link to comment
red13
try this if it locks again i guess we can delete it http://www.powerlibrary.net/Remote/Remote.asp?ID=meadville Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Had to follow three links only to have to enter a library card bar code number. Google is faster and usually refers to Ratsun which is faster again. Nice try but this is a wash I think... Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
It sucks for old cars. It sucks for new cars. Its great for the 90s piece of junk. I have used this service many times, but its super limited. And Mike, did you not read the instructions? in the first post is your library card number, or rather password. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Guess it's not fool proof then... So Jacob does it have something to offer or not for Datsuns in general? Quote Link to comment
Draker
The second the admin of that systems notices 100's of logins from around the world.. that shit is locked and gone. Good info for as long as it's available though. Quote Link to comment
red13
heres look at what some of the info is Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Well I tried two examples. After about 6-8 steps and choices I selected how to remove the exhaust manifold from a '75 720 truck. The illustration was clearly marked Z20/22/24 engine and the VG30. (no mention of the L series) It said basically to remove bolts and EGR and remove, replace gasket and put back on. What it didn't mention is that the intake and exhaust manifolds on the '75 are not only on the same side but are bolted together. The other was the head removal of an L16/18 L20B. The picture was correct L series but the text only says to remove the 10 head bolts and remove it. It make no mention of the two10mm bolts securing it to the timing cover that have to come off also. Not much help I'm afraid and this is where a forum is very helpful. Quote Link to comment
