Similar year 620s are the same although it's not rocket science to use a different year and just wire it in. There was a small change in location and the manner it (the reservoir) is clipped to the inner fender so just get everything.

The washer motor generally bolts on to the reservoir. If you can't find a replacement washer motor in a parts shop, buy the cheapest assembly you can find and pull its motor and do a transplant. By the way, most aftermarket assemblies come with a plug in 12 volt connection, so a little cut and crimp is in your future.
