datzenmike
Directly to battery? Yes you could but an 8 gauge cable directly to the starter with heavy lugs crimped and soldered is both easier and cleaner. V/R? the S13 alternator has an internal voltage regulator just like the '78 620. That two wire plug should be spliced into the 620's two wire plastic plug. If charge light does not come on or it does not go off reverse the wires. Ground? Yes, run to the block which is grounded by the battery cable. Quote Link to comment

mantas
Good start, my memory is not working right now, but i know most of the vacuum lines go into the air intake or the throttle body. I used the S14 FSM (my engine was from an S14) and sat for a good 30mins till i figured all the hoses out and which i could eliminate and which i needed to keep. For the alternator wires look at the Datsun FSM, and the S13 FSM and trace the alternator wires and i guarantee, you will have a "light bulb" moment, that's how i did it because the all of the write ups had the cars/trucks and engines from all ends of the nissan/datsun family so it was impossible for me to match things up based on write ups. ]2eDeYe
. These should plug into ports on the intake crossover tube. Quote Link to comment
mantas
This might help. Vacuum is vacuum, just gotta make sure one end is connected to sensor and other end to a vacuum source (intake/throttle body/manifold). http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/91-94-240sx-vaccuum-diagrams-component-locaters.html Quote Link to comment
