DanielC Posted January 1, 2015 Report Share Posted January 1, 2015 I would suggest getting a non resistor coil. The Matchbox distributor will work better with it's matched coil. Having said that, I am using a matchbox distributor, with a stock 521 coil, and a ballast resistor on my Datsun daily driver. I wired it like this. 1 Quote Link to comment

Roger that , now that i am actually starting to receive parts for the truck i am going to clean off a shelf just for new parts . Dont have any more time for other projects . i guess i am just collecting them at this point . so yeah ive been thinking about a bigger place , actually I've been looking at a place that could be a club house/shop kinda of a deal . but every time i try and commit some time to it something happens .
