How hard would it be to convert to Fuel Injection? Would it take a whole motor swap or just swap the intake manifold and add the computer and all the sensors?

Any ideas?

Why yes, yes I do!!!

One way (lots of ways) is to get the EFI off an '80-'81 Z20E or an "82-'83 Z22E 200sx. They were a FI Z motor and you only need to hook up six (6) wires to make it work. There is a really great write up on The Datsun 1200 Club.......http://datsun1200.com/modules/nsections/index.php?op=viewarticle&artid=99

The Z20 and Z22 have a round intake ports, the Z24 has a squarish shape but the round manifold will bolt up (same bolt pattern) and I'm sure it will work. The Z24 head matches a larger bore and the valves are less shrouded than the Z20 and Z22 heads. All three heads have the same combustion chamber size.

I am currently rebuilding a Z24 and have two Z20E EFI setups for parts.

The Z24 never came with ITB EFI and was only ever used in 720 trucks.
