wead
Though I'd start a thread of Datsun Reproduction Panels that we make available. As we continue to increase our range I though it would be a good idea to let you guys know whats now available as we get requests from people to make a custom panel for every type of Datsun. Thought I'd put up some of the panels that are currently not available that we have had requests for and have made. Just so you know whats out there and available for Datsuns. Every time we get a new request for a panel we will post it up on completion of making the panel. Heres our latest job. We were given this panel to replicate. Its a door pillar panel from a Datsun Roadster. The original panel had several bad repairs and had looked like it had been in an accident but we were able to replicate a new panel to original specifications. 1 Quote Link to comment

KELMO
Cool, got any guards (we call em fenders over here) for a 1200 coupe (Sunny) by chance? Did the customer send in that door pillar? Quote Link to comment
wead
The door pillar was sent in by a customer whose restoring his roadster and we will be making some more custom panels for his roadster over the next couple of weeks. I'll get back to you on the fenders ASAP. The sunny your talking about is it a PB110 Coupe or a B310? 1 Quote Link to comment
KELMO
B110, I think the coupe and sedan had the same fender 1970-1973. Quote Link to comment
wead
Do you have a picture of your 1200 coupe? If its the same as the ones here in Australia, we have stamped ones available. Quote Link to comment
Komeuppance
Nice work mate. Got any pictures of the tooling you use?? -Robert Quote Link to comment
KELMO
http://community.ratsun.net/topic/34432-manure/page-1 Try this link, in post # 10 there is a side shot of the coupes I have. The only real difference that I know of is the hole in the side of the fender for the marker light...US spec is a bit larger than other markets. Quote Link to comment
wead
This was another requested panel for a 2 Door Coupe 120y/B210 Datsun(they're pretty rare over here). This is the car it is for. This is the front Valance we had to replicate. Test fitted to match the original. Inside look of the final product and various shots. Comparison old and new. KELMO
Wead, got a web site? Quote Link to comment
wead
Working on a website and hope to have it running soon but for the moment we have an eBay store and FaceBook. Our Panels are hand crafted, you can see some of the panel work I do in the link below and some of the process that goes into making these panels -http://community.ratsun.net/topic/62893-datsun-metal-shaping-automotive-panel-craft/ I am going to try update it soon with some more panels. I'll put up some pictures of the tooling asap, just have to get some pics first. KELMO - The front guards we can buy in; they range from $73.00AU to around $120.00AU. I have a 1200 coupe over here same as your one. Always looking for the challenge to recreate rusty old panels. Quote Link to comment
