Are 1971 and 1972 510 front seats the same?

Looking for seat covers for my '71 and finally found a company that has a template for a '72 datsun 510 (but nothing earlier).  Anyone know if the seats are the same?  OR know of any sites that do custom neoprene covers?

Wow a search shows there were front bench seats for the 510. Two door fronts tilt forward to gain access to the rear seat but 4 door do not. The '69 and on seats have head rest holes. Some front seats (maybe all) recline. Too complicated, I gave up.

That's about where I'm at... Mine has bucket seats. 4 door wagon. They do recline. Just not sure if the '72 bucket seats are different...

I'm wondering if those reclinable bench seats could be simply bolted on a 72 4-door automatic 510 taking out the center console... just to fit an extra person in the front. ;-)

Good luck finding one... 67' (yes 67') model only and other markets in developing countries. Others have used 320 pickup bench and it does work.

From what I remember about my 2 door sedans they do tilt forward but not back. The wagon I have seems I remember they tilt back but not forward. But the seat itself seems to be the same size and shape for the back and bottom parts. They are bucket seats. The 72 sedan and wagon and 71 sedan all look the same shape. I will have to look when I git back in a week.
