Is your truck lowered?

My truck is stock height and has 15x8.5s with 0 offset on 225 or 215 /60s and they rub in the front, and they stick out. I don't know about the rear because I have 295/60s but it looks like the rim is still inside the the fender

Here's a way to figure it out or get close yourself. Everyone's vehicle is different and there are always exceptions and opinions.  What worked for one person may not work on yours. A small difference in vehicle ride height is all it takes. Advice is free but buying rims that don't clear is a pisser.

Go out an take your rim/tire off and get an accurate offset measurement and rim width. You have to know where you are to see where you're going. Measure also how much room you have from the inside of the tire to the leaf spring or frame on the back and the frame on the front. This will help you see how far inward you can move the rim and tire.

The biggest sin is falling for a set of rims and then making the vehicle fit them. This is so backwards and like marrying your high maintenance girlfriend and you have to make all the changes to fit her! Find out what will fit first then go looking for rims and tires in that range. Happy ever after.

If lowering you want the tire inside the fender so be sure to measure this critical clearance.

I like to use this wheel calculator as it allows you to plug in your real mounting surface to fender lip measurement.  It then generates a line to represent your fender edge in the image to help you "see" where your rim will fit in relation to the lip.  It even factors in tire stretch as it is intended for fitment/stance people.

The math works out well in real life as well, I've tested it with my Accord wagon and what it said was what worked :)

Pull the fenders? You mean roll, or flair them? This will ruin the 720's look. Sell them and start over right. Get a divorce.

Flares won't stop the fender hitting the tire rubber on bumps. You'll eventually have a big groove cut in the tire edge like that. Front's are worse. Eventually you'll bounce turning into a driveway and the tire will rip your front fender.

Yea I got some rims already and they poke out around 2 inches .. I want to pull the fenders but first need tires .

So you ask. Get opinions, and then just go out and buy rims that stick out too far anyway. I already told you you won't be able to lower your truck with wide rims sticking out. Even as they are, it's only a matter of time before you hit a bump or dip in the highway at speed and boom. Well congrats you are just like every other poker out there with grooved tires.

Make the rims fit the vehicle... not the vehicle fit the rims
