What's the rear end ratio on a l20b datsun 620?

 

What 4:11 third members or a rear end can fit on the datsun 620?

 

Also what 5 speed trans can fit on the l20b?

Your '78 620 has a  4.375 in it, only the '79 620 standard had a 4.11. Some 720 automatics had 4.11 also.

 

All FS5W71B 5 speeds will fit. They were found in 620s, 280z, 280zx and 810/Maximas which all had L series engines in them. If you want to make a suitable 5 speed a 720, S110 and S12 200sx 5 speed will work with an L series 4 or 5 speed front case on it.

So only the 79 620 or napz 720 4:11 third member will bolt on my 78 620 axle?

Any truck h190 3rd member fits,but only those mentioned above have 4.11's

Anyone know where I can get the h190 3rd member 4.11 and that can ship to Guam?

 

Is it possible for the Toyota 3rd member to fit the datsun axle?

Not possible to fit 'Yoda gears to a Nissan H-190 housing. What about swapping the complete rear axle. The 'Yoda is a bit wider but the 6 lug fit the Nissan rims. There are LSDs and rear disc brakes available and even more gear ratios.
