rear end complete less brakes. 3 inch drop blocks installed. tightened up the axle i had to swap out. fuel tank is actually plumbed in like it's supposed to. driveline is installed. i would've had a video of it driving on it's own but after running before and sitting since she doesn't want to run anymore. i got her on after much fuss and backfire through the carb and ran for a minute and died. got frustrated, moved onto the white golf which decided it didn't want to get a tune up and the fucking distributor cap will not fit. so somewhat pissed off, no video, that's the only picture i took today.

Every car featured on a magnet was in some way built using rock auto. They are bragging and reminding you to continue using them for ANY parts you need.

Stuck home due to family shit. Went down to the shop and for shits and giggles measure the wheel wells.

Pictures more for reference than anything else. Took the adjusters off so that I can free them and put some antisieze in there to keep them from locking back up

Notice the threads go in different directions. Again, more so I put them back together right than anything else.

Well that's done and can't work on much else until I get parts so headed back up to the house.

Tore down the adjusters, one needed a little persuasion from a hammer to remove the threaded sleeve but got them down and threw them into a tumbler I went and picked up before heading to the shop. 2 and a half hours later and

Fuel filters are too cheap not to stock up on, huh? I always buy a few and stash.

That new carb should get things running good! What does one of those cost new?

I dig the HF press! I've wanted one for a while, but I don't have a lot of floor real estate left in my garage for one. But I have a few projects that require it at the moment.
