deerio
Hey all, I was trying to get the brakes on the 320 workin and realized the previous owner does not have the bleeder assembly that screws into the wheel cylinder. I've tried searching but can't find a replacement. The part number is 41128-04100 and apparently was replaced with 41128-08000. Any ideas? This is what I'm looking for: Quote Link to comment

mklotz70
The 320 may be SAE and the 620 metric......double check before cranking a 620 one into the hole Quote Link to comment
DanielC
I know 520 and 521 are SAE. Pretty sure 320 trucks are also SAE. 620 trucks are Metric. Quote Link to comment

This is what I'm looking for: 41128-04100 is the long bolt with the copper washer. It is the same one used in the front wheel cylinders of the J13 powered 520. About $10 41128-08000 and 41128-08010 is likely a supersedence number, possibly a different manufacturer or revision but totally the same. 41128-3001 is the bleeder that screws into the end of the bolt. About $5 41120-3001 is the small rubber cap that covers the end of the bleeder from dirt. Quote Link to comment

I've tried everywhere online as well as the Nissan dealerships and nobody can seem to get a hold of them. The small bleeder screw in the end is available everywhere. Quote Link to comment

deerio
In the event that I cant find this part (highly likely), any thoughts on drilling out the bolt hole to be able to mount a wheel cylinder from a 620? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Well you could get a bolt and drill up the center from the bottom. Then in from the side. Then down from the top to join. Drill the top larger and tap it for the fitting. I did something similar to make a shorter banjo fitting for a power steering pump so it would clear the steering box. Drill press and patience. Replacing the wheel cylinder with a 620 ... maybe. Front/rear brake bias is usually designed int the system by varying the wheel cylinder size. Fronts would be larger that rears because they do more work stopping. Smaller rears are less likely to lock the rear wheel when stopping. As long as the 620 wheel cylinder size was the same it is likely to work. Might be a good idea to match both sides. Quote Link to comment
