280Z - rim size / european supplier

Hey ratsuns, hope you can help me.

 

I am searching for new rims for my 280Z daily driver here in Europe,

Was thinking of 16x7 ROTA RB ET+4 on 205 or 215 tyres, but they are nowhere available here, import from US would be possible but with tax and duty about 1400$ :(

 

A Shop offered me RK-R in 15x8.

 

The problem is: For a historic registration I may not put on fender flares, furthermore I really like the clean style without ones.

 

searched couple of forums for 15x8 builds but found nothing useful.

 

so, is it possible to run 15x8 rims ET0 (~225 tyres) without fender flares? rolling the fender a bit wouldn't be a problem but a too obvious change in bodywork will make a historic registration impossible.

 

or do you have any other rim/tyre ideas which I get in Europe?
