vdubjim
i dont know who noiin is so no? and roofs not caved. Got it running. surprisingly runs great, needle seat was stuck so i pulled it and poured gas directly in, purrs. BUT of course carb bowl plate leaks. Any place to get a gasket or carb kit? i see some on ebay, but not sure which one is correct. Quote Link to comment
vindats1
There is an Australian site on ebay I think that sells carb kits for early Datsuns. See if I can find out the name, but do a search....good luck. I put a Weber 32/36 on my 410 and it works great for many years, plus easy to get parts for it. 1 Quote Link to comment

I had a Weber carb on my 411 back in the late 70's. It was definitely an upgrade. Had to get the linkage customized, though. Vdubjim, a couple of those photos have bad URLs so we can't view them. Swedishcadillac
I have a new pierce manifold and new unused/authentic Weber that I bought and am probably going to sell soon... It was made for an early MGB but the blocks are identical. Also have a nice cast mgb header that I don't need now either. Pm me if your interested in one or the other... Quote Link to comment
