Reports recently came out that he is alive. Maybe there was a secret mission that got called off because he found out that we knew he wasn't dead. Who knows? If it kept up with the 1.6% inflation we should be making $25.95 instead of $25.88, so on a 40 hour week that $0.07 cents difference adds up to $2.80... barely a coffee a week.
