                                 I've got a 15 minute commute (8 miles),& we have the Redwoods,

the Pacific,& mountains around us.I'll really miss that part.

The other side is that we have a LOT of Southern Californians

moving up here that want to turn it into what they came to get away from.

And then there's the transient problem - the ones who come here And

just hang out all day, every day,& cause a lot of the problems/crime around here.

It's not SoCal screwing things up where you live.Last time i looked at a map Sacramento and San Francisco were in Northern California. You guys are screwing up SoCal.

California lawmakers aim to strengthen gun ban in schools

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — California lawmakers have passed a bill to revoke superintendents’ ability to let people carry guns in a school zone.

The California Assembly passed AB424 43-23 Monday, sending the measure to the state Senate.

The Legislature initially let superintendents give people permission to carry guns on campus to ensure domestic violence survivors could protect themselves, Assemblyman Kevin McCarty said. But the Sacramento Democrat says the provision has been “exploited” by school districts to allow cafeteria aids, teachers and yard duty assistants to carry firearms in schools.

Opponents say the bill would reverse a limited exemption that makes schools safer. Assemblywoman Catharine Baker, a Republican from the San Francisco Bay Area, said she supported the intent of the bill but worried it would make schools a place where abusers would know domestic violence survivors would not have guns to defend themselves.

Republican Assemblywoman Melissa Melendez voted against the measure, which she said is “making a problem where there isn’t one.”

“Those who have been deemed responsible enough to have a (concealed-carry weapon) ought to be able to have one on school grounds if their school district allows it,” said Melendez, who represents a district near Los Angeles. “It is not our responsibility to make that decision for them.”

here it is!

This guy can really put his finger on it

My theory about all the libtards moving upsteam is that they are economic refugees for whatever reason.

Being from California and being exept from racism is just another bullshit angle to stay ontop.

Missionaries and colonialists act the same way.

The ONE thing that really scares me tho.......?

If you can get a libtard to admit that 30% of Californias air pollution is from China,,,?

Hate to know the real stats.

Im guessing 60% these days.

I would totally doubt this BS number. China is a long way off and the winds don't blow to California directly. Was this measured at sea level or 50,000 feet. What average reading was used for the California comparison??? If there is air pollution in California it's pretty much all made there. If 1/3 is from China then it must be very clean in California.

I enjoyed the time I was in San Diego the year I went through boot and a school. Then getting the hated orders to go up the coast to camp Pen. Which I later learned was almost heaven on earth next to other places I was sent.

Ya, I don't buy the Chinese pollution plot, shit, few years ago when the Japanese nuke crisis happened the amount of radiation reaching our shores were very minimal, it's a big fucking planet and it filters crap at a rate scientist do not understand fully.
