All the talk of arming teachers and what you guys don't realize is most of them are not only democrats but quite liberal also.Good luck with that one.

Good job generalizing. You know this to be fact? Does your sample size represent the rest of the nation?

Again and maybe it penetrates your brain.

No one says they are FORCING anyone to arm up. Not a single person accept the people trying to polarize issues.

The suggestion was to ALLOW willing teachers or school staff should they want to train to be part of an Emergency Reaponse Team...

Do you just read headlines or ignore anything outside of your comfort zone?

On the crisis culture control.. shoot out ko harts

When one of these horrific events is not accompanied by:

1) drills , same day or in close time proximity

2) people that are interviewed and don't seem sad enough , or maybe even happy

3) second shooter talk from witnesses

We can call for 'something to save children at school's' which I understand is the most effective form of blackmail .. since I'm sure all parents would die for their child , vs loose one.

Convinced?

Sounds so crazy these days ,the truth.

If you expect this to actually work you will have to force them all to arm themselves. Only when all are armed is there a chance to have an armed response when the next shooting takes place. Allowing is not going to work.

Prevention is the answer.

Yup... If democrats and if liberal and if John510 is saying they won't arm themselves because of that, then you may have to force them.

Wrong. You guys keep spewing false information as truths.

I was pointing out that no one has stated forcing teachers to arm. Yet you and John both keep stating this.

Liberals do not monopolize teaching positions either. That is a false generalization by you and him.

But as you troll it lessens your ability to come across with any iota of a reasonable opinion.

I don't think most want to be armed. Even if a teacher is armed, you will need a back up in case the other goes on vacation, out sick, training. Trumpcheetos goal is 20 %, that's doable but then again like a said, maybe the following will not be okay, administrators, teachers union, insurance companies, their given state..yep rabbit hole, but maybe, just maybe it was meant to be a rabbit hole so that coming up with a solution gets deflected to "lets arm the teachers cuz they really care about their students and we can get them certified and so on, and so on...yeh, that's the ticket. Its not 100% but limiting access to guns by people who are not meant to have one, the reason why I'm saying its not 100% is because one can go to a gun show and buy a gun from a private seller and no background check is required and even then the current system has holes.

Since Sandy Hook the policies have changed for gun shows in this state.

I can’t speak for all states but private sellers are not allowed to sell at a show unless they have an FFL or The weapon goes through a licensed dealer for a background check.

In the last few shows I have been to, a NIC’s booth is setup for running checks.

This seems like a no brainer for states or counties of the state to require this.

20% is far too ambitious. Really. 5% would be my goal. Many districts 20% would be easy, but that standard would be a terrible idea. Too many areas would not have people who should carry 1in5. No fucking way

Right after "Yup" was the word IF. Twice more in the quote you posted.... Read again.

I haven't once said they should or shouldn't be armed only that if voluntary and no one does or only a few are armed what good is it? It isn't the teachers job to take up arms, and it won't prevent deaths only (maybe) reduce them.

...so not all states require a background check for private sellers, that's the loop hole. And is NIcs fixed or did the military finally admitted that they were not reporting vets who have violent tendencies, another loop hole.

Man, there is some of that irony you were convinced of yesterday.

i keep stating what ? i never said you want to force teachers to be armed.Did i say "most teachers" or did i say "liberals have a monopoly on teaching positions" ? look at our school systems and what's being taught.Does a school like Berkley tell you anything ? and yes i know it's a college not grade school. If i agreed with you about all this would my opinion then be "reasonable" ?
