Just curious, how many guns do you own?

 

Irrelevant as I would run the same risk as a gun owner being shot by a mental case. Just throwing these out there for discussion.  Double spaced for room for additions and corrections.

 

 

There’s a couple problems with this, other than the utter and complete insanity part.

The right to bear arms does NOT need to be earned. It’s right there in the bill of rights...these and other inalienable rights, not these and other privileges. I do agree with the statement about the nra being morally bankrupt, they only care about money and do virtually nothing to secure the future of 2A rights.

 

Even your founding fathers wouldn't hand a gun to an unstable person or a criminal just because it's constitutional. Let common sense prevail in firearms ownership. Sadly the right to bear arms NEEDS to be earned. You don't throw your keys to your teenager.

Absolutely. I’ve had ptsd (no fml and all good now) and got clearance from psych, doctor and Police to keep mine so as tr8r said, not if a person is a risk to others.

No. It would not at all be an invasion. It would be a political, social, financial war. A series of small policies designed to ensnare our dollar and shape our political dialect. Propaganda would eventually lead to civil war. At that point, who the fuck knows what we'd look like as a country.
